NIM and Other Instant Message Applications


Q: After installing MSN Instant Messenger, NIM no longer starts up automatically when I turn on my computer. What is causing this? (Windows Only)
A: The Microsoft Network (MSN) Instant Messenger installer has turned off your NIM option to start automatically when you turn on your computer. To turn this feature back on, go into General preferences in NIM and enable the Start NIM when Windows starts option.
