Note: These instructions apply to the Unlimited Plan only. If you are a Netscape Online Accelerated Plan subscriber, you need to install software on your computer that speeds up web surfing up to 5x faster*. Visit the download page to get the Netscape Online web acceleration software.

Windows XP gives you the option to view the Start menu and Control Panel in default Category View or Classic View. Both views are presented here for your reference.

You may select from some other advanced options. We suggest ticking the box next to Make this the default Internet connection if you plan to use Netscape Online as your primary Internet provider. Click Next to continue.

12. You have successfully created a new Internet connection in Windows XP. You may want to create a desktop shortcut so that an icon will be placed on your desktop for easy access. Click Finish and you are ready to connect to the Internet.
