Setting up Netscape Online Dial-Up Internet on your Computer
Manually
You will need to configure your computer in order to connect to
the Internet with the Netscape Online Unlimited Plan. If you subscribe
to the Accelerated Plan with web surfing speeds up to 5x faster*
than you must follow these instructions.
Windows operating system comes with all the software necessary
to connect your computer to the Internet, in the form of Dial-Up
Networking, software that is already built-in.
You will need the following pieces of information before you begin
to configure your dial-up Internet connection:
• Your local access phone number that your modem dials into
• Your Netscape Online Username (e.g. username@netscape.ca)
and password
Select the set-up instructions that apply to your computer:
Windows XP
Windows 2000
Windows Me
Windows 95/98
Mac OS X
