Warranty Support in Europe is provided by the distributors of your
Netscape product. Please refer to your distributor for any warranty
issues. For example, if you have received your Netscape Navigator
with your modem from Olitec, Olitec would be responsible for providing
your warranty support. You can purchase Warranty Support from Netscape
at our standard support prices. A credit card is required and will be
authorized before services can begin. If you have purchased Netscape products directly from the Netscape
General Store or from a Netscape Sales Office, please refer to the
following numbers. Currently, Netscape only provides European Support in French, German,
and English.
